JIM SCHAPER is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Inovis, Inc. He
has been in the technology marketplace for over 25 years. As Chairman of
the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Schaper holds overall
responsibility for driving corporate strategy at Inovis. He also serves
as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Agilisys, Inc., and is a
Director at Golden Gate Capital. From July 1998 through October 2000 he
was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Primis Inc., the
market leader in providing Web-based property information services to
the financial services industry. Primis was sold to LandAmerica
Financial Corporation, in October 2000. Prior to Primis, Mr. Schaper
served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Per-Se
Technologies. Formally known as Medaphis Corporation a healthcare
services and software company, Mr. Schaper was responsible for all
operations of the software and service business units generating annual
revenues in excess of $800 million. Mr. Schaper has also operated in
various capacities with Dun and Bradstreet Software, including President
and Chief Executive Officer in 1996, Chief Operating Officer from 1995
to 1996 and Senior Vice President, Operations from 1994 to 1995. From
1986 to 1994, Mr. Schaper functioned in numerous roles with Banyan
Systems including Regional Vice President, Vice President of North
America Sales, Vice President of Global Sales and Senior Vice President
Operations. He has spoken at numerous events and received his BA degree

TWST: Would you give us a brief history of Inovis and an overview ofwhat you do?
Mr. Schaper: Inovis and its predecessor companies have been in business
for over 18 years and have well in
