RAY E. SCHMITZ is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dynamex
Inc. Mr. Schmitz joined Dynamex in January 1999. Before joining the
company, he held the title of Controller in the oil and gas business
segment of Enserch Corporation, with a varied background ranging from
Assistant Auditor to Senior Manager to Chief Financial Officer. Mr.
Schmitz held the position of Dynamex's Chief Accounting Officer and
Controller for three years prior to being promoted to Chief Financial
