Dan Eldar has served as Vice President, Carrier, International and Investor Relations for Partner since September, 1999. Since 1989, Dr. Eldar has served as the managing director of an Israeli consulting firm specializing in strategic analysis, negotiation and project management. Dr. Eldar has managed many large-scale projects in the telecommunications and semiconductor industries, as well as in other areas. He holds Ph.D and Master of Arts degrees from Harvard University and Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Hebrew University, Jerusalem. Profile
