LESLIE H. GORDON has been Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts, Inc., since
February 1999. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer from March 1996. Previously he was Senior
Vice President, Finance of C&J Clark America, Inc., a shoe
manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer, from 1992 to 1996 and
Senior Vice President, Finance of SILO, Inc., an electronics
retailer, from 1986 to 1992. His previous retail experience
includes Bloomingdales and Gimbels. In addition to his retailing
background, Mr. Gordon spent 10 years in public accounting with
Touche Ross & Co. Mr. Gordon has an MBA from the Columbia School
of Business and a BA from Columbia College. Profile
