ROBERT HARRISON is Vice President, Worldwide Sales for Optiva,
Inc. He comes to Optiva from the 'Direct View Display' Group for
Three-Five Systems, Inc., where he was Senior Vice President. Mr.
Harrison's proven leadership skills and breadth of experience
promises to help Optiva achieve significant growth, even as it
enters into new display markets. While at Three-Five Systems Mr.
Harrison was responsible for all sales, engineering, new business
development, program management, divisional R&D and divisional
marketing. Prior to this, he was a display consultant to Harcom
International and was General Manager of the Display Products
Division of Hyundai Electronics America. Earlier in his career he
held positions of Senior Regional Sales Manager at Three-Five
Systems and National Accounts Manager at Optrex Corporation. He
holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Finance from the
University of Windsor, Canada. Profile
ANDREW WAHL has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Optiva, Inc., since April 2002. Before joining Optiva, he was CFO
and Corporate Secretary for PCTEL, Inc., where he lead their IPO
and secondary offerings that raised over $200 million on NASDAQ,
creating a market capitalization exceeding $2 billion. In
addition to finance and investor relations, he also had
responsibilities for manufacturing, quality, legal, human
resources and administration. Prior to PCTEL, Mr. Wahl was
President and CFO of Designs for Education, Inc., and CFO/COO of
the software company Starbase Corporation. He started his career
at Arthur Andersen as a management consultant and held senior
financial positions with Crown Zellerbach and The Santa Cruz
Operations, Inc. He has an MBA from Rutgers University and a BA
