DR. DAN COHEN has devoted much of his career to the study of breathing
and sleep. As Chairman, CEO and co-founder of CNS, Inc., he has led the
company since its inception in 1982. After earning his bachelor's degree
with high distinction from Pennsylvania State University, Cohen studied
medicine at Temple Medical School in Philadelphia. He served his
internship at Hennepin County Medical Center, Minneapolis, and his
residency in neurology at the University of Minnesota Hospitals. Prior
to founding CNS, Cohen served as a clinical instructor at the neurology
department of the University of Minnesota Hospitals and a neurological
consultant at St. Paul Ramsey Hospital. Profile
