BERT NOTINI is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Manufacturers' Services Limited, a global technology
supply chain and manufacturing services company based in Concord,
Massachusetts. He has overall responsibility for MSL's finance,
M&A, legal and public reporting matters. Since joining MSL in May
2000, he brought MSL through its initial public offering, has led
a number of key acquisitions and recently successfully raised new
equity capital for MSL. Prior to joining MSL he was the General
Counsel and Executive Vice President for Corporate Development
and Administration at Wang Laboratories, Inc. in Billerica,
Massachusetts. He was part of the management team that rebuilt
Wang Laboratories from a declining minicomputer company into a
$3.4 billion global information technology and networking
services company prior to its sale in 1999. Before joining Wang
in 1994, Mr. Notini was a senior partner at the Boston law firm
of Hale and Dorr, where he specialized in financing transactions,
corporate reorganizations, Chapter 11 litigation and commercial
law. Mr. Notini serves on the Board of Sonus Networks, a voice
over internet protocol telecommunications company, listed on
NASDAQ, e-Presence, a directory services company listed on NASDAQ
and Saints Memorial Hospital in Lowell, Massachusetts. Mr. Notini
graduated summa cum laude from Boston College in 1978, where he
was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and received his law degree, magna
cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 1983. While in law
school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Boston College Law
Review and was appointed to the Order of the Coif. He also
received a master's degree in 1980 from Boston University, where
he was a Teaching Fellow. Mr. Notini served as law clerk for the
Hon. Edward F. Hennessey, Chief Justice of the Massachusetts
Supreme Court, from 1983 to 1984. Profile
