Vladimir Preysman – Datasweep Inc

VLADIMIR PREYSMAN is President and Chief Executive Officer of Datasweep, Inc. He brings over 20 years of engineering and management experience to Datasweep. Mr. Preysman drives the overall direction of Datasweep, including strategic vision and planning. Prior to founding Datasweep in 1998, he was Director of Engineering at KLA-Tencor Corporation where he managed development of several products used for collection and analysis of fab-wide data to identify yield improvement opportunities. He also led the definition of a new architecture for data repository using data warehousing technology, and development of a Java-based product using a brand new paradigm for visualization and manipulation of complex spatial data. In 1991, he co-founded and served as Vice President of Engineering of EnaTec Software Systems (later acquired by Wonderware). At EnaTec he pioneered the use of graphical workflow system and object-oriented GUI for real-time tracking of materials and orders in manufacturing and received the 'Product of the Year' award for innovation and usability from Control Engineering magazine. His previous experience included Director of Engineering for Measurex Automation Systems, Manager of Process Control Engineering department at Eastman Kodak, and Engineering and Management positions at Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Preysman holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the State University of St. Petersburg and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Electrical Engineering Institute in St. Petersburg.
