SCOTT HAMMACK, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CyberGuard Corporation, joined the company in January 2001. Mr. Hammack combines a background in engineering and computers with executive management expertise. Mr. Hammack earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in computer applications from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
