ROGER OLLILA is Controller at Jack Rouse Associates. In that
role, he is responsible for many of the financial and
administrative activities that keep the company running smoothly,
including financial statement preparation, cash management,
accounts receivable management and accounts payable management.
He also assists Vice President Dan Schultz in handling the
company's human resources responsibilities. Since joining JRA in
1999, Mr. Ollila has worked hand-in-hand with the firm's senior
management to help the company work more efficiently. His long-
term project has been to change the company's accounting system
to the percentage-of-completion accounting method. Prior to
joining JRA, he worked as the Financial Controller at M. Bohlke
Veneer Company in Fairfield, Ohio, where he had many of the same
responsibilities that accompany his position at JRA. He graduated
