RANDY BELL is President and Chief Executive Officer of
Nanotechnologies, Inc. He began his affiliation with
Nanotechnologies, Inc., in February 2002. Prior to assuming the
role of President and CEO, he was Senior Vice President,
Corporate Development, where his responsibilities included sales
and marketing, strategic and operational planning as well as
development of corporate partnering efforts. Mr. Bell became the
company's President and CEO in January 2003. He joined
Nanotechnologies, Inc., from Crossroads Systems, where he was
Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services. Before joining
Crossroads Systems, he held a variety of senior management and
executive positions in sales, product management and marketing at
Dell Computer Corporation, ATT/NCR, Structural Dynamics Research
Corporation, and Integrated Systems Inc. Mr. Bell holds a BA in
