Donald Earhart – I-flow Corporation (iflo)

DONALD M. EARHART is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of I-Flow Corporation, a Lake Forest, California-based medical device company with estimated revenues exceeding $38 million in 2002. Mr. Earhart joined I-Flow in 1990, after a February 1990 IPO and before I-Flow's first revenues. Prior to joining I-Flow, Mr. Earhart was a Corporate Officer of Allergan, Inc., and the President of the Optical Division. In addition, he was a Corporate Vice President and Division President of Bausch and Lomb, and an Operations Manager at Abbott Laboratories. Mr. Earhart has held numerous Director positions for both publicly traded companies and private enterprises and was recently named by Ernst & Young The Orange County 2000 Entrepreneur of the Year for Healthcare. Mr. Earhart has over 34 years of broad-based general management experience and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Ohio State University and an MBA. Profile
