MATTHEW G. LYON has been Chief Financial Officer and a Director
of Technical Consumer Products, Inc., since January 2000.
Previously, Mr. Lyon served as Vice President, Finance and
Operations and Treasurer since the company's incorporation in
February 1993. Prior to joining TCP in 1993 Mr. Lyon consulted on
an independent basis for the company's owner. Mr. Lyon is a
certified Public Accountant and worked for KPMG Peat Marwick from
1990 to 1991 and Grant Thornton LLP from 1982 to 1990. Profile
