Madeleine Ludlow – Cadence Network Inc

MADELEINE LUDLOW joined Cadence Network, Inc., in July 2000 as Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to her current position as President and CEO by the Cadence Board of Directors in 2001. She brings extensive Wall Street experience and an in-depth understanding of the transforming energy markets to her role with Cadence. In a career spanning more than 20 years, she has held several key roles in the energy and financial industries. Most recently, Ms. Ludlow was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cinergy Corp. In addition, Ms. Ludlow served as President of Cinergy's Energy Commodities Business Unit, and was an instrumental member of the Cadence Board from its joint- venture infancy through its second round of funding. Prior to Cinergy, Ms. Ludlow was Vice President of Enterprise Corporate Development for EDHI, a subsidiary of PSEG in Newark, New Jersey. Before joining EDHI, she spent time at several investment banking firms in New York including nine years at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Ludlow received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and her MBA from the Colgate Darden Business School at the University of Virginia. Profile

Cadence?

Ms. Ludlow: Cadence was founded in 1997 by three utilities, so we

have been in business about five and a half years. Our
