STEPHEN BRENNER was appointed President and Chief Executive
Officer of iN DEMAND, LLC in July 2000. He is responsible for
building on cable's aggressive rollout of digital services and
responding to greater competition for the attention of viewers.
Mr. Brenner's experience with studios and sports organizations
over the past 20 years make him the ideal executive to take the
helm of the industry's leading pay-per-view network. Prior to
joining iN DEMAND, Mr. Brenner was President of Operations at USA
Networks where he was responsible for overseeing the company's
business areas, ranging from affiliate and ad sales to business
affairs, finance and administration. Mr. Brenner is a 21-year
veteran of the cable TV industry, having joined the USA Network
in 1982 as Vice President of Business Affairs. His role at the
company expanded over the years and he was named Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer in 1995, and President of
Operations in 1998, overseeing the business and strategic
development for both USA Network and the Sci-Fi Channel. Prior to
USA Networks, he served as Vice President of Administration and
General Counsel for the North American Soccer League from 1978 to
1982. He received his AB degree with honors in Economics from
Lafayette College and his JD degree from New York University
