Andrew M. Walker – Itc^deltacom (itcd)

ANDREW M. (DREW) WALKER has been Chief Executive Officer of ITC^DeltaCom since March 1997, and Vice Chairman since April 1998. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the managing partners of both Interstate FiberNet and Gulf States and FiberNet from November 1994 to March 1997. Mr. Walker served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Knology from July 1996 to February 1997. Previously, Mr. Walker was Vice President Carrier Services at MCI, President of SoutherNet and the Southern Division of Telecom*USA, Vice President of Technological Development with The Christian Broadcasting Network, Vice President of Corporate Development with M/A-Com, and Section Head for Modulation and Transmission at Comstat Laboratories.
