STEVEN M. WYETT is Assistant Vice President and Head Trader for
Tom Johnson Investment Management, Inc. In April 1999, Mr. Wyett
was employed by Dain-Rauscher, Inc., as Senior Vice President in
their Private Client Group. His primary responsibilities included
equity and bond analysis, and portfolio strategies for
individuals, foundations, retirement plans and banks. Mr. Wyett's
investment career began in January 1981 as a bond representative
for First National Bank & Trust in Oklahoma City, where he rose
to Senior Sales Representative for the bank, and was a member of
the Asset/Liability Committee. Mr. Wyett earned his BS degree in
Finance from Oklahoma State University. He has successfully
passed Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst exams and is

CHUCK BONSTEEL is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Tom
Johnson Investment Management, Inc. Prior to joining the firm in
April 2000, he was employed by Stephens, Inc., as a Vice
President, Corporate Finance. Mr. Bonsteel's primary
responsibilities included executing mergers and acquisitions,
private and public offerings of equity and debt securities and
general advisory assignments. From 1986 to 1989 Mr. Bonsteel was
the Manager, Financial Strategies Group for James Baker &
Company. He earned a BSBA degree in Finance and Banking from the
University of Arkansas and an MBA degree in Finance and
Accounting from the University of Texas. He holds the Chartered
