MARK THEILKEN is the Chief Executive Officer of Fuego, Inc.. He
sets the corporate strategy and oversees the day-to-day business
operations of the company. Instilling the need for process-driven
business operations in Fortune 1000 companies, he has been
instrumental in forging Fuego's accelerated customer acquisition
programs and in positioning Fuego as a leading provider of
business process management system (BPMS) software. Prior to
joining Fuego, Mr. Theilken spent five years overseeing Acxiom's
InfoBase Products Group, which develops and delivers a line of
customer marketing information products. While there, Mr.
Theilken also led the development and launch of the Acxiom Data
Network, a B2B solution enabling Acxiom customers to execute, B2B
and B2C applications to provide real-time Internet access to
marketing information. He also introduced AbiliTec, Acxiom's
leading-edge customer data integration solution. In addition, Mr.
Theilken directed the development of Acxiom's business partner
program. Prior to Acxiom, Mr. Theilken, a graduate of the
University of Illinois, spent 23 years at IBM. There, he had a
