MICHAEL DINGMAN is the Chief Financial Officer for Intrado Inc.,
the nation's leading provider of sophisticated data management,
notification and network transaction solutions for public safety
and commercial applications. Mr. Dingman brings nearly two
decades of diversified financial management experience to the
job. He is committed to safeguarding the interests of Intrado's
investors and shareholders while providing accurate and timely
financial management and services. Prior to joining Intrado, Mr.
Dingman served as the CFO and Treasurer of Internet Commerce and
Communication (formerly RMI.NET). Previous work experience
includes five years of banking in mergers and acquisitions with
Lazard Freres in New York, three years as an independent
consultant specializing in debt restructuring and workouts, and
five years as an investment advisor specializing in corporate
retirement plans and high-net-worth accounts. Mr. Dingman holds
an MBA from the Tuck School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance

TWST: Could you give us an overview of Intrado?Mr. Dingman: We're really in the database administration business
where we acquire data from various sources in the telco space,
massage, and
