ROBERT KRAKAUER is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of ChipPAC, Inc. Prior to joining the company he was Vice
President of Finance and CFO for the Electronic Materials
division of Allied Signal, and has also served as Corporate
Controller of Altera Corporation and Vice President of Finance
and Chief Financial Officer for Alphatec Electronics USA. He
holds an MBA with an operations concentration and a BSC in
