JON SLANGERUP has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Stuart
Energy Systems Corporation since August 2001. He was elected to the
company's Board of Directors in September 2001. Through Mr. Slangerup's
leadership, the Stuart Energy team established the company as the
undisputed global brand and market leader for on-site hydrogen
infrastructure solutions based on water electrolysis. His team has
delivered triple-digit sales growth and continuous reductions in costs,
while significantly expanding the company's products, including the
innovative Stuart Energy Station infrastructure solution suite. Stuart
Energy's recent acquisition and integration of its largest global
competitor, Vandenborre Technologies of Belgium, has rapidly accelerated
the company's proprietary technology development and European market
penetration. Prior to joining Stuart Energy, Mr. Slangerup was Chairman
and CEO of Electron Economy, a private startup company engaged in
developing and marketing supply chain management software. From 1994 to
2000, Mr. Slangerup was President of FedEx Canada, during which time he
and his team established FedEx as Canada's premier international courier

TWST: Could you give us a short introduction to Stuart Energy SystemsCorporation?
Mr. Slangerup: Stuart Energy is a public company listed on the Toronto
Stock Exchange. We've been in the
