STUART A. ROTHSTEIN is Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of American Mortgage Acceptance Company and is
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the
general partner of the manager. Prior to joining RCC in September
2002, Mr. Rothstein was Chief Financial Officer at Spieker
Properties, a San Francisco-based office real estate investment
trust (REIT) with over $7 billion in real estate assets and $850
million in revenues. At Spieker Properties, Mr. Rothstein was
responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of the
company's corporate financial strategy, including executing over
$4 billion in capital raising transactions, which included public
and private debt and equity offerings and structured
transactions. Mr. Rothstein's past experience also includes a
position as Manager with Price Waterhouse. Mr. Rothstein
graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Accounting and received his Master's in
Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of
Business. Mr. Rothstein is a Certified Public Accountant in the
