JAMES J. PEARCE, JR. is President & Chief Executive Officer of Hill Top
Research, Inc. Mr. Pearce began his career with Hill Top Laboratories in
1967. For three years in the mid 70's, he was the Vice President of a
public company that acquired Hill Top. He led the buy back of Hill Top
in 1978, the purchase of Future HealthCare's operating assets and
Covance's (formerly Corning Besselaar) West Palm Beach, Florida site in
1995, and the integration of Future HealthCare into Hill Top Research in
1996. Besides his ongoing client development and public relations
responsibilities, Mr. Pearce is focusing his efforts on the strategic
direction of the Company, and funding the Company's future. He was
involved in founding the Lifesciences Division of the American Council
of Independent Laboratories (ACIL) and recently served as ACIL Treasure
and Board Member. He earned his M.B.A. from Harvard University and holds
a B.S.E. in Engineering from Princeton University. Profile
