FORREST R. WHITTAKER is President and Chief Executive Officer of Paidos
Health Management Services, Inc. In this position, Mr. Whittaker is
responsible for the total growth and strategic direction of the company,
including national marketing and sales, clinical services, product
research and development, joint ventures formation and new market
analysis and entry. Mr. Whittaker, a leading authority in the rapidly
evolving field of network/disease management, has more than 20 years of
experience as a health care executive and strategist. He joined Paidos
Healthcare, Inc. as President and CEO in 1993. During his tenure, PHI
became the pediatric home care market share leader in the greater
Philadelphia market. In 1996, Whittaker initiated the formation of
Paidos Health Management Services, which reached nearly $20 million in
revenue during its first 18 months of operation. Prior to joining
Paidos, he was president of the V. Mueller Division of Baxter Healthcare
Corp., where he oversaw total product and loss responsibility for that
division's $200 million global medical supply business. From 1989 to
1993, he served as group vice president of planning and business
development at Baxter. Mr. Whittaker also held a variety of positions
for American Hospital Supply from 1977 to 1986, including vice president
of marketing, area vice president, region manager and sales
representative for the distribution division. In addition to his
position at Paidos, he presently serves on the boards of directors for
Airlogix, Inc. and Medical Sterilization, Inc. He also is an active
member of TEC, an international organization of CEOs. Mr. Whittaker
received a Master's of Business Administration from James Madison
University in 1977 and a Bachelor's of Science degree in International
Relations from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1971. Profile
