SCOTT GRIFFITH, President of Stonegate Securities, Inc., joined
the Firm in 1992 in order to pursue his interest in providing
corporate finance services to small cap public companies. In
March 2000, Mr. Griffith teamed with partner Jesse Shelmire to
purchase the firm. Mr. Griffith is the co-owner of Stonegate
Securities as well as a Senior Investment Banker. Prior to
joining Stonegate in 1992, Mr. Griffith was a Vice President at
Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette from 1980 to 1988 and a Vice
President at Smith Barney from 1988 to 1992. Mr. Griffith
received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State
University in 1979. Stonegate has assisted numerous small cap
companies in raising over $250 million in private placement
transactions with institutional investors in the last 24 months. Profile
