Jack Mallon is Managing Director of Mallon & Associates, an

175 publicly-traded security firms on stock exchanges around the

than 20 years of financial, legal and operational experience in
the security industry. With two former NYC detectives, he founded
a national security company which provided electronic alarm,
guarding and armored trucking and money processing services. As a
member of the bar of New York and Connecticut, he also performed
legal services in the industry, representing security companies
in labor, litigation and securities matters. Mr. Mallon commenced
his work career as a journalist and was a police and
investigative reporter for the New York Daily News while
