ROBERT I. NOE joined The viaLink Company in April 1999 and serves
as its President. Prior to joining viaLink, he worked at
Electronic Data Systems for more than 14 years, most recently as
Vice President of Industry Solutions. While there, he developed
industry-specific offerings in e-commerce, supply chain
management and customer relationship management. He also led the
development of a major industry-wide initiative to create a
virtual trading network within the food and consumer packaged
goods industries. Mr. Noe received a Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration and a Master's degree in Business
Management from Central Michigan University. Profile
JACK SCOTT joined The viaLink Company in February 2000 as Vice
President of Information Technology. In September 2000 he became
Chief Information Officer, responsible for viaLink's technology
development and services. His career spans more than 29 years
with manufacturing, retail, not-for-profit NGO and the grocery
industry. He was previously with Unified Western Grocers Inc.
(formerly Certified Grocers of California) where he served as
Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information
Services. Mr. Scott sits on the Claremont Graduate University
Board of Visitors as a technical advisor on curriculum for the
School of Technology. He currently participates on several
technology advisory committees including NGA and Bass, Inc. Mr.
Scott graduated from the Honeywell School of Information Sciences
in Fullerton, California. Profile
