DONALD C. DE LUTIS is Managing Director of Coast Partners Securities,
Inc. Prior to becoming the company's managing director in 1998, Mr. De
Lutis held various positions in the financial market including:
Chairman, Orrell and Company, Inc. (1991-1998); Executive Vice
President, Capitalcorp, Inc. and Robert C. Brown & Co., Inc.
(1980-1991); and Senior Investment Officer, Buffalo Savings Bank
(1978-19800). Prior to his position at Buffalo Savings Bank, Mr. De
Lutis spent 15 years as a vice president and manager of major New York
Stock Exchange firms in New York City, San Francisco and London. He has
written several editorials on economics and finance for such
publications as the 'Journal of Commerce,' 'Business Week,' 'Time
Magazine,' 'New York Times' and 'The Wall Street Transcript.' Mr. De
Lutis has also been interviewed by CBS television network on economic
and financial market issues. He received his B.S. in Economics from
Niagara University and his M.B.A. from Boston College. Profile
