Vern Kennedy – Broadview Networks Holdings

VERN M. KENNEDY is a co-Founder of Broadview Networks and has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman since the company's inception in 1996. He has led implementation of the corporate vision and guided development of the company's unique operational support system. For seven years before helping establish Broadview Networks, he was a NYNEX (now Verizon Communications) executive, responsible for field and customer service operations, process improvement, and general business management. Mr. Kennedy directed NYNEX teams of up to 500 people, formed and staffed the company's top-rated strategic business account center, established a $1.2 billion small-business unit, and upgraded service performance as part of a $75 million income-improvement plan. Mr. Kennedy has been honored by Crain's New York Business as a '40 Under 40' rising star and by Telecom Investor as a 'Hot Entrepreneur.' He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University and an MBA from New York University, both with honors. Profile
