KEN KENJALE, Chief Technology Officer of Syntel, Inc., has 28
years of diversified software services experience across the US,
Europe, Asia and Australia. Mr. Kenjale has served as a quality
consultant to large MIS organizations, and has helped Syntel grow
into several lines of business since joining the company in 1988.
In addition to designing high-quality technical solutions for
Syntel's clients, he has also participated in strategic planning,
investment, joint ventures, subsidiary setup and offshore
facilities setup. He has managed and participated in the sales,
solutions, delivery and software services aspects of the
business. Mr. Kenjale has developed many software engineering
techniques and methodologies, and has expertise in software
architecture, application development, maintenance, quality,
training, networking, DBMSs, language processing, tool-sets,
technology forecasting and consulting. He sits on the boards of
several high-tech companies and is a member of the Michigan High
Speed Internet Forum, IEEE and ACM. Mr. Kenjale has an MS/CS from
IIT Kanpur in 1974, and has conducted original research and
published on ergonomics, security transformations and error-
