MICHAEL J. BOLING joined SCB Computer Technology, Inc., as Chief
Financial Officer in December 1999. In May 2002 he assumed the
additional responsibilities of the Administrative (Human Resources,
Information Systems, Facilities and Administration/Legal) departments of
the company. Prior to joining SCB, he was President and Chief Operating
Officer, from 1998 to 1999, of a home healthcare company with over
14,000 employees. From 1991 to 1998 he was a Business Assurance Partner
with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC and from 1976 to 1990 he was with Ernst
& Young LLC, where he became a Partner in 1982. He is a Certified Public
Accountant and graduated from Georgia Southern University. Profile
