MITCHEL I. WACHMAN is Chief Financial Officer of Founders Food & Firkins
and also one the Directors. He has over 17 years of hospitality
experience as owner, operator, corporate executive and consultant for
individual and multi-unit restaurant operations. Mr. Wachman has been
involved in the management of the Champps American chain of restaurants
since 1992 and is known for his 'hands-on' style of management. He has
operated several Champps operations and achieved record profits and
revenues within several Champps restaurants. Mr. Wachman facilitated the
expansion of Champps during his tenure as District Director of
Operations for Americana Dining Corporation. Prior to his involvement
with Champps, Mr. Wachman worked for international accounting firm
Laventhol & Horwath, specializing in the area of restaurant operations
and accounting. Mr. Wachman received his Bachelor of Arts degree from
Michigan State University, School of Hotel, Restaurant Institutional
