BRIAN J. KELLEY has been President and CEO of Cognitronics Corporation
since January 1994. Mr. Kelley started his career in sales and
marketing, eventually becoming Executive Vice President of
TIE/Communications, Inc., from 1991 to 1994 with responsibility for
business development, acquisitions and product management. From 1990 to
1991 he was president of CTG Inc., a subsidiary of TIE/Canada, Inc., and
from 1986 to 1990 he was president of TIE National Accounts, Inc., a
