Carl Camden – Kelly Services Inc (kelya)

WILLIAM GERBER is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kelly Services, Inc. Mr. Gerber is responsible for the financial operations of all segments of Kelly's business. Prior to joining Kelly Services in 1998, he was Vice President of Finance at The Limited, Inc., the Columbus, Ohio-based international retailer. He joined The Limited in 1983 as Director of Financial Reporting and was promoted to Controller and Vice President and Corporate Controller in his tenure with the company. He also held financial positions at Arthur Andersen, Gould Inc., and Caterpillar Tractor Company. Mr. Gerber is experienced in all areas of corporate finance, including financial planning and analysis, management reporting, accounting, treasury, international operations, SEC reporting, investor relations, acquisitions, risk management and financial organizational development. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his MBA at the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. CARL T. CAMDEN is President and Chief Operating Officer of Kelly Services, Inc. He is responsible for field operations, sales and marketing for the company. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Kelly Services. In addition to having responsibility for all of Kelly's domestic and international business operations, Mr. Camden oversees the planning, development and execution of the company's marketing strategy and marketing business plan. He is also responsible for the company's government and public affairs positions and manages customer relations with corporate accounts and Office of the President accounts. Prior to joining Kelly in 1995, Mr. Camden was Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Marketing at KeyCorp, a bank holding company. In this position he was responsible for strategic planning, corporate advertising, segment marketing, regional marketing and market research. Prior to joining KeyCorp, Mr. Camden served as co-President of Wyse Advertising, with management responsibility for a number of financial, consumer, industrial and packaged goods accounts; was co-Founder and co- owner of North Coast Behavioral Research Group and an Associate Professor in the Communications Department at Cleveland State University. Mr. Camden holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Speech from Southwest Baptist College in Bolivar, Missouri, a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Speech Communication from Central Missouri State University, and a Doctorate in Communications from Ohio State University. He has served on the Chicago Federal Reserve's Labor Advisory Committee since 1997. Mr. Camden also serves on the Advisory Committee on Employee Welfare and Pension Benefits (ERISA Advisory Council).
