Leonard Kruimer – Crucell Nv (crxl)

LEONARD KRUIMER has been Chief Financial Officer of Crucell NV since he joined the company (formerly IntroGene) in 1998. Mr. Kruimer led the company's mezzanine financing round in 1999, oversaw the IPO in 2000 and is responsible for investor relations. From 1996 to 1998 he was an interim manager at various companies including Pepsico and Royal Boskalis Westminster. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Kruimer was Managing Director, Continental Europe at GE Capital/TIP Europe. Prior roles included Managing Director of Kwik-Fit Europe and Finance Director at Continental Can Europe. He was a consultant with McKinsey & Company and an auditor with Price Waterhouse & Co. Mr. Kruimer holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, and graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is a CPA in New York State. Profile
