WILLEM ARENT VAN OORDE is CEO of Gedys Internet Products AG. Willem Arent van Oorde, has been a member of the Board since February 2001. Following the resignation of Ralf Geishauser in November 2001, Mr. van Oorde was appointed CEO. His responsibilities include Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance for the entire group of companies. Mr. van Oorde qualified as an accountant in the UK and then gathered valuable international business experience in Europe, America and Asia. Mr. van Oorde can look back on 15 years of experience in leading management positions. At Lotus for example he spearheaded the successful introduction of AmiPro in Europe, and at Software Spectrum he headed up sales and
marketing for EMEA. In his last position before joining GEDYS he was Managing Director Central and Eastern Europe, where he built up the supply chain management (SCM) business for ERP provider Systems Union. Even before GEDYS AG was floated on the stock exchange, he was the companys Vice President International Sales and thus responsible for its European organisation. Profile
