FREDERICK A. KREHBIEL is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Molex
Inc. Molex Inc. is a leading manufacturer of electrical/electronic
interconnecting products. Mr. Krehbiel graduated with a B.A. degree from
Lake Forest College in 1963. He did graduate work at Georgetown
University and the University of Leicester in Leicester, England. In
1965, he joined Molex and in 1967, started the firm's International
Operations. Today, Molex has manufacturing and/or sales offices and
warehouse operations in 21 countries on 5 continents. The firm's
International Operations now account for over 70% of Molex's total
corporate sales and profits. Mr. Krehbiel is a Director of Tellabs,
Inc., The Northern Trust Company, Nalco Chemical Company, and DeVry,
Inc. He is a Trustee of Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center,
Chicago Lyric Opera, Chicago Zoological Society, Museum of Science and
Industry, School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago Historical
