TORBEN BALLEGAARD SORENSEN has been President and Chief Executive

1982; Vice President of Computer Composition Inc., Los Angeles from 1982
to 1983; President of Aa.S. Grafik, Arhus from 1983-1988; President,
CCI-Europe, from 1988 to 1996; Senior Vice President of LEGO System A/S
from 1996 to 1999 and Executive Vice President, LEGO System A/S, New
Business Development from 1999-2001. He has an MBA from Aarhus School of
Business, Stanford Executive Program, Stanford University. He is a Board
