HENRY ARNBERG is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of
Hirsch International Corporation. He has been employed by the company
since 1970, and has held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company since 1980. Mr.
Arnberg also served as President of the company until December 1998. Mr.
Arnberg received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the
University of Bridgeport in 1965 and an MBA in Finance and Management
