Joseph Martori – Ilx Resorts Inc (ilx)

JOSEPH P. MARTORI is Chairman and CEO of ILX Resorts Incorporated, a leading developer, marketer and operator of quality vacation ownership resorts in the western United States. He was a founder of the company and has been a Director since its inception. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Corporate, Real Estate and Banking department of the Arizona law firm of Brown & Bain, P.A. From 1971 to 1985, Mr. Martori was a Senior Partner at the Phoenix law firm of Martori, Meyer, Hendricks & Victor, P.A., of which he was a founding member. Mr. Martori received a BS degree, summa cum laude, and an MBA degree, both in Finance, from New York University. He received his law degree, graduating first in his class, from Notre Dame Law School, after briefly attending Harvard Law School. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Boys & Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix and the Board of Trustees of the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, and served as the Vice Consul of the Republic of Italy for the State of Arizona for 10 years.
