RICHARD C. FISCHER is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Outlook
Group Corp. He has 30 years of experience as an investment banker,
retiring from Robert W. Baird & Co. in 1995 as Vice Chairman-Capital
Markets. He joined the Board of Outlook Group in November 1995 and
became Chairman and CEO in December 1997. Mr. Fischer currently is an
independent investment banker specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
