JACQUES L. LAVERGNE is President of Dominion Citrus Limited. Prior to
joining Dominion he was from 1986-1989 Vice President of Finance of The
Enfield Corporation Limited, an industrial finance and management
company; concurrently, from 1987-1990 he held the position of Vice
President of Finance, Federal Pioneer Limited, a subsidiary of The
Enfield Corporation Limited and a manufacturer of electrical equipment
used in the distribution of electrical power. From 1983 to 1986, he was
Vice President of Finance of The Complax Corporation, a producer of
composite plastic exterior body panels for major automotive assemblers.
Prior to that, he held various progressively more senior financial
positions with Canadian General Electric in the Composites Products
Section, Nuclear Products business, Lamp Manufacturing business, TV
Broadcast and Mobile Radio business and in Corporate Operations,
Analysis from 1973-1983. Mr. Lavergne is a Director of Automodular
Corporation a leader in the assembly of modules for the automotive
