J. HORD ARMSTRONG, III, is Chairman, CEO and Founder of D&K Healthcare
Resources, Inc. Mr. Armstrong has served as Chairman for 14 years and
has led the company since its creation in 1987 to the $2.3 billion
operation with six distribution centers and several specialty companies
of today. Mr. Armstrong's 30 years-plus of financial and operational
experience in varied industries have been instrumental in D&K's
profitable growth record. Under his guidance, the company went public in
September 1992. Mr. Armstrong serves as a member of the Board of
