Andrew Meyers – Langer Inc (gait)

ANDREW H. MEYERS, CPO, President and CEO of Langer, Inc. joined Langer in February 2001 with 22 years of executive experience in the orthotics industry. From 1992 to 1996 Mr. Meyers served as President and CEO of Advanced Orthopedic Technologies, Inc. During his tenure, he grew the organization into the nation's fourth largest orthotic and prosthetic company with 37 locations in six states. AOTI was purchased by NovaCare Orthotics and Prosthetics, Inc., in December 1996. At Novacare, Mr. Meyers served as Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Clinical Programs. His primary responsibility was to integrate acquisitions and to put in place clinical programs in both the orthotics and prosthetics businesses to allow acquired companies to grow revenues within the Novacare infrastructure. From December 1996 to June 1998, Novacare acquired and successfully integrated over 60 acquisitions, growing revenues from $110 million to over $280 million. Novacare sold its orthotics and prosthetics division to Hanger Orthopedic (NYSE: HGR) in 1999.
