BRUCE D. BROUSSARD is CFO of US Oncology, Inc. He joined the company in
August 2000 with primary responsibility for financial and accounting
activities, including financial reporting, treasury and taxation. Mr.
Broussard was CEO of HarborDental, a dental development company
specializing in free standing upscale dedicated dental buildings, from
December 1997 until July 2000. From January 1996 to October 1997, he was
Executive VP and CFO of Regency Health Services, Inc., a national chain
of nursing homes and provider of long-term health services. From 1993 to
1996, he was the CFO and Director of Sun Healthcare Group, a healthcare
provider. Mr. Broussard is a CPA. He currently serves as a Director and
Audit Committee member at U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc., a publicly traded
provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy. Profile
