MARK A. ZODY is the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for
Pennsylvania Commerce Bancorp and its subsidiary Commerce
Bank/Harrisburg, NA. In addition to his duties as CFO, he oversees the
Operations, Information/Technology and Investor Relations departments.
Mr. Zody has been with Commerce Bank since 1988 and has also held the
positions of Vice President and Senior Vice President during that time.
Before joining Commerce, he worked for Ernst & Young in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania, as a Certified Public Accountant performing audits of
public and privately held corporations, financial institutions and
healthcare entities. Mr. Zody is a graduate of the University of
Pittsburgh with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration
concentrating in Accounting. Mr. Zody is a member of the following
associations: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants;
Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and a member of
the Executive Committee for the Group 5 Region of the Pennsylvania
