KEVIN C. CLARK is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for
ScreamingMedia Inc., a leading global provider of content and technology
solutions for all enterprise platforms. Mr. Clark has been
ScreamingMedia's Chairman since May 2001 and CEO since November 1999. In
1986, he co-founded Cross Country TravCorps, the nation's largest
healthcare professional placement firm. In 1996, Mr. Clark took the helm
of interactive marketing firm Poppe Tyson as its Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer, after serving for nearly two years as an Advisor and
member of its Board of Directors. In 1994, Mr. Clark was selected by
Fortune magazine as one of the 'Forty under Forty' ' the country's top
entrepreneurs under 40 years of age. In the same year, Junior
Achievement honored him with their National Distinguished Graduate
Award. In 2000 and 2001, Silicon Alley Reporter named Mr. Clark as one
of the top 100 media executives, and this year Ernst & Young honored him
with their Entrepreneur of the Year award. Under Mr. Clark's management,
ScreamingMedia was listed on Software Magazine's 500 Fastest Growing
Technology Companies 2001 and honored with Deloitte & Touche's
Technology Fast 50 Award 2000 and 2001 and Deloitte & Touche's
Technology Fast 500 2001 ranking of the fastest growing technology
companies in the US and Canada. He's been a member of the Young
Presidents Organization for 10 years, and he is the Chairman of its
Board of Directors for the Fairchester Chapter. He is a member of the
Board of Trustees at the King & Low - Heywood Thomas School in Stamford
and serves on the Board of Junior Achievement of New York. He is also a
member of the Board of Directors for HealthMarket, Inc. in Norwalk,
