DENNIS HOFFMAN is Founder and President of Storigen Systems, Inc. He is
a 10-year veteran of the storage networking industry with expertise in
strategy, marketing and business development. Most recently he led
marketing and business development for the storage and networking
business at Avid Technology, where he was responsible for business
strategy, product management, product marketing and marketing
communications. He was also co-Founder of the Edgestreme Systems
Division and pioneered Avid's foray into the streaming media
infrastructure market. Prior to Avid, Mr. Hoffman was a Manager at
strategy consultant Marakon Associates where he helped develop value-
based strategies for Global 500 companies in the photographic, oil and
gas, news distribution and data storage industries. Mr. Hoffman holds a
BSEE from Union College and an MBA from Harvard University. Profile
