Raymond Hood – Exe Technologies Inc (exee)

RAYMOND R. HOOD is the Chief Executive Officer of EXE Technologies, Inc., and has the responsibility for global corporate strategy and operations. Mr. Hood sets the direction of EXE's customer solutions which include supply chain execution systems, supply chain process management, and e-business fulfillment solutions. Mr. Hood was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Neptune Systems, which designed, developed and implemented value-added logistics systems for third-party logistics providers and manufacturers. Neptune, founded in 1990, was the first company to deliver packaged client/server and n-tier products to the supply chain execution market space. Upon the formation of EXE through the merging of Neptune Systems with Dallas Systems, Mr. Hood was chosen by the Board to act as President and CEO. Mr. Hood has a lengthy career in software development. He was a principal with Microtek, a New York-based financial software and training firm that specialized in developing sophisticated applications for investment banks. Mr. Hood began his career with Price Waterhouse, developing applications for small and medium-sized businesses.
