CHARLES A. LESSER, Secretary, Treasurer and CFO of CBCom, Inc., is a
Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of diverse international
financial experience in accounting, reporting, taxation and strategic
planning. Most recently, Mr. Lesser served as a Consultant, specializing
in raising capital investments up to US$10 million. Before joining
CBCom, Inc., Mr. Lesser was Chief Financial Officer for a
telecommunications company with major Pacific Rim contracts. Previously,
Mr. Lesser was CFO of Weider Sporting Goods, Inc., a manufacturer and
distributor of health and finance products. Additionally, Mr. Lesser
worked as a management consultant and Auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick, in
Houston, and Deloitte & Touche, in Johannesburg, South Africa. He has a

Mr. Lesser: CBCom, Inc., was formed in April 1997. The company was
